Reach CRM is a mobile-first AI-powered CRM application developed to support sales teams on the go. The app leverages machine learning to prioritize leads, track customer interactions, and deliver real-time insights that empower sales representatives to close deals faster and manage customer relationships effectively from their mobile devices.

Role
As the lead UX/UI designer and developer for Reach CRM’s mobile app, I was responsible for creating an intuitive, streamlined interface that enhances the productivity of busy sales teams. My focus was on designing a user experience that is both powerful and easy to navigate, enabling users to manage client interactions efficiently from any location.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a mobile design that could convey complex CRM features on a smaller screen without overwhelming users. Additionally, the app needed to be responsive to real-time data, facilitating seamless communication between team members.

Solution
To address these challenges, I designed an efficient, visually minimal interface featuring:

• An interactive dashboard with personalized sales insights and task reminders.

• Easy-to-navigate screens with quick access to lead prioritization, customer profiles, and communication logs.

• Offline functionality, enabling users to access critical data even without an internet connection.

• Visual cues and alerts to help users track customer interactions and upcoming tasks effectively.
